White wool dress in two parts; bodice very small waisted and boned, hooked down fronts and trimmed with three white silk frogs, roll-back collar, long sleeves puffed at upper shoulder and finished on lower edge with heavy white silk cord, short pleated peplum in center back; skirt very full and gathered in back with a piece of whale bone in casing of ctton skirt lining to give slight bustle effect, fullness pleated over hips, center front skirt plain with only slight draping; number of small moth holes.
