DescriptionShort strapless off-white silk taffeta cocktail dress patterned with navy and red polka dots, black bow at center front and “bubble" hemline. Zipper at center back. Interior lined in off-white silk with boning in bodice, off white waistband with hook and eye closure. Layers of off-white tulle between outside of the dress and lining. Red short sleeve silk coat with cape collar. Lined in off-white silk with navy and red polka dots.
