Long black off the shoulder dress with velvet bodice, gathered tulle patterned with applied flowers with silver sequins and black and white plastic beads along neckline and waistband. Tulle skirt. Zipper and hook and eye closures at center back. Two tulle petticoats. Interior lined in black silk with two labels along zipper: “ARNOLD SCAASI” and care label.
