DescriptionBlack velvet off the shoulder evening dress with short sleeves and dropped waistline. Velvet is patterened with gold metallic embroidered scrolling motifs. Zipper at center back. Skirt is supported by layers of tulle petticoats. Lined in black silk with interior boning in bodice.
