Strapless evening gown of black silk gazar with a sheath bodice and full skirt covered with black, light blue, and white tinted feathers, extending into a long train at back. Three layers of zippers at center back. Interior bodice (stamped 2101-30) and four tiered petticoat.

Black stiff, supportive underskirt.
