DescriptionBlack net encrusted with black sequins and jet beads. At front are three white cotton roses over which is a rhinestone pin from which springs a wired white linen drawn-work coxcomb and white feathers. Through the rhinestone pin are stuck two hatpins with matching heads set with small blue stones. Behind the rhinestone pin is a black velvet bow. Two white rosettes on back. Label says FRANCOIS 296 FIFTH AVE NEW-YORK. Good condition.
