Hat, round with only slight rise in center for crown; natural-colored straw coiled with white cotton thread; bound and trimmed with narrow black velvet ribbon; lined with thin, light pink silk, broad black velvet ribbon bow attached to crown; broad black velvet ribbon bow and streamers, to hang down back, attached to underside of brim.
