Circle of wire wrapped in black silk tape and covered in shirred green silk ribbon tied in bow at the back with two streamers; green ribbon has weft-faced ribs with a symmetrical pattern of gold medallions and tear-drop foliate shapes with bright blue and mauve blossoms and pink-leafed gold buds
