Light blue velvet jacket patterned with yellow, blue/purple and pink suns, stars and planets. Standing collar with yellow and red ribbon that also trims off-center placket and waistline. Round blue plastic buttons. Wide multi-colored (red, purple, blue, green and yellow) funnel shaped sleeves lined with same light blue fabric as the body of the garment. Interior is lined with printed cotton with vertical striped rainbow patterning, center back label reads: “The Chariot/Cosmic Couture.”
