A heavy cotton twill sacque or jacket in light blue vermicular pattern in a grid of thin white lines, front button closure, 11 false buttons sewn down front (several now missing), elbow-length sleeves with turned cuffs, round neck with draw-string, applied white cotton braid arranged in scrolled vine pattern down each side of front and continuing across back to form border design, half of same swag on each cuff, cuff and neck edges finished with eyelet embroidered scallops; several stains
