Skirt of red silk with design of stylized flower sprays in light green, blue and white discontinuous supplementary patterning wefts gathered into a light green twill-weave silk folded-over waistband; hem has appliqued band of red silk with design of repeating diamond lozenge pattern in light green and blue with small white flower inside in silk discontinuous supplementary patterning wefts.
