Woman’s sheer cotton, high-waisted spencer with long sleeves, embroidered with small sprig motifs, casing for drawstring at waist and cuffs, rounded double-ruff collar; ruffles at shoulders, waist, collar, and cuffs embroidered with eyelets and floral motifs; bright red ribbon at waist and cuffs (probably not original)
