Dark blue jacket with white stripes along lapel (on bias) and cuffs. Two covered buttons trimmed with black velvet below lapel. 6 weights in hem. Lined in medium blue silk twill. Black woven label with white lettering reads: “Kater/ + Brookes/Philadelphia.” Long, narrow dark blue skirt with white stripes on the lower half. Part of striped portion is folded over and held down with a decorative button. Black waistband with three hook and eye closures. 19 asymmetrical hook and eye closures down back.
