Woman's coat (ao), probably for theater costume, of dark blue satin with design of flowers, fruit and butterflies embroidered with yellow, orange, green, and white silk and couched gold-wrapped thread; gilt spangles are sewn at intervals on the ground fabric; trimmed around the neck and down the front is red satin with a design of flowers embroidered in blue and white silk; side front opening; lined with plain-weave hemp.
