The sides of this bowl flare outwards moderately. The inner and outer rims are adorned with a simplified scroll band. The interior is decorated in the center with a pair of fish encircled by a ruyi band and the sides with four pairs of fish within double concentric circles. The exterior sides are decorated with appealing chrysanthemums within double concentric circles, and lotus petal design. A lustrous bluish gray glaze was evenly applied and no crackle is evident.
