The Museum of Fine Arts, Boston seeks applicants for the Claire W. and Richard P. Morse Fellowship for Advanced Training in Conservation of Works of Art on Paper. This two-year appointment begins in the fall of 2014 and may be extended for a third year. Working with conservators, conservation scientists, collections care specialists, and curators, the Morse Fellow will participate in a wide range of conservation activities generated by an active museum environment. The Morse Fellow will have the opportunity to carry out a publishable research project.
Applicants must have a graduate degree in conservation from a recognized program and a minimum of two years of practical experience beyond graduation.
Compensation includes salary and travel allowance, in addition to a generous benefits package.
