The Museum of Fine Arts, Boston seeks a Director of Marketing responsible for creating and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy for the Museum, its exhibitions and programs, with the objective of building new audiences while increasing attendance, membership and revenue. The candidate should have experience: overseeing communications campaigns across multiple media channels including print, online, digital and social; managing media buying; developing brands and directing creative; tracking analytics; managing teams; working with clients; and demonstrating excellent leadership and communications skills.
Requires a Bachelor’s degree, and at least 8 years of marketing experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial capacity. Experience working at (or directing) an agency preferred.
