Responsible for customer service, sales and merchandising within the Museum Shop’s fashion departments. Will oversee fashion department product and sales training. Will also implement jewelry and textile merchandise displays in accordance with the overall visual plan of the retail shops. In addition, responsible for processing incoming shipments and restocking sales floor daily or as needed. A strong emphasis on customer service, salesmanship and display is required. Perform additional retail duties as needed.
Position requires ability to work independently, with strong organizing and prioritizing skills. Must be detail-oriented, flexible and resourceful. Day, evening and/or weekend availability required.
