Our Member and Visitor Services Representatives are the first contact with Museum visitors and play an important role in providing a quality visitor experience. A successful candidate is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, as they perform a variety of duties including: selling general admission, film and lecture tickets, MFA Memberships and MFA Guides. Qualified candidates must possess exceptional customer service, communication, and computer skills. At least three months related experience, including cash handling experience is required.
Temporary and regular, part-time and full-time positions. Able to work flexible schedule, which may include evenings, weekends and/or holidays.
