Support onsite membership sales at the Museum under the general supervision of the Operations Manager for Membership. Responsibilities include: print, deploy and reconcile admission tickets on a daily basis; greet visitors and members at entrances and other high traffic locations throughout the Museum; knowledgeably discuss the benefits of membership and close membership sales. Provide exemplary customer service and seamless handoffs to Museum staff, if necessary. Perform other related duties as required or directed.

Requires proven sales experience, strong interpersonal and communication skills, computer and iPad proficiency, and the ability to stand and walk around during shifts (approximately five hours).
