We are seeking an experienced researcher to conduct research in strategic areas on Goya for the forthcoming Goya exhibition opening in October 2014, and for the Goya collection in general. This individual will conduct research in Spanish language publications in specialized areas of Goya study, providing summaries and translations.

A Masters in European art history with additional post graduate studies would be ideal. Must be bilingual in Spanish and English, with outstanding writing and research skills, as well as strong computer skills. Knowledge of works by Goya paintings, prints, and drawings preferred, along with previous Museum and exhibition experience.
