Under the general direction of the Admissions Manager(s), the MVS Rep - MFA Guide Sales Specialist will sell, process transactions, and instruct visitors in the use of the MFA’s innovative multi-media handheld guide for the Museum’s new Samurai exhibition.

The ideal candidate should have proven sales experience, strong interpersonal and communication skills, exceptional customer service skills, computer and iPad proficiency, and the ability to stand during shifts lasting up to seven hours.
