Under the direction of the Operations Manager for Membership, support the operation of the MFA Associates related to the Give the Arts a Chance fundraising campaign, by performing all duties associated with depositing, recording and acknowledging gifts. Responsibilities include: Receive and process cash, check and credit card gifts for deposit, including opening and batching mail; Enter and post all gifts to the Enterprise database system; Catalog and store gift forms and backup documents in a systematic manner; Prepare and drop deposits to the Cashier and maintain credit card log information for the Financial department; Acknowledge all gifts received; Maintain integrity of enterprise records throughout the campaign.
Some basic database knowledge is helpful, preferably knowledge of Microsoft Office. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills required.
