Where to Enter during Construction
Both the Huntington and Fenway Entrances are now open.
Both the Huntington Entrance on the Avenue of the Arts and the State Street Corporation Fenway Entrance are now open, restoring the Museum's north-south axis.
Entrance Changes
On March 2, the West Wing Entrance closed to the public.

wheelchair accessible The Huntington Entrance on the Avenue of the Arts reopened on April 23, giving visitors two convenient ways to enter at the heart of the Museum and easily access the collections and the centrally located Sharf Visitor Center.

Remis Box Office and Auditorium, the Museum Bookstore & Shop, the Gund Gallery and exhibition shop, the Museum's restaurants, and public restrooms remain open.

Purchasing Tickets
You can purchase tickets for general admission, films, and lectures at the Huntington and Fenway Entrance ticket desks and Sharf Visitor Center. These locations offer membership sales and service, as well as audio guides. Staff members and volunteers are available to answer any of your questions.

Self-serve ticketing kiosks are located at the Huntington and Fenway Entrances for all ticket purchases or to pick up tickets purchased in advance.

Visitors who are entering solely to visit the Museum Bookstore & Shop, or to dine at Bravo, must ask for a complimentary "free zone" ticket at the Huntington or Fenway Entrance ticket desks.

Remis Box Office remains open daily for visitors to purchase or pick up "will call" tickets for films, lectures, and other public programs.

The Gund Gallery desk also sells special exhibition audio guides.

Services
Parking
Paid parking lots are scheduled to open in December 2009. Until then, please use garage or street parking. You can pay for garage parking at automated kiosks located in the parking garage.

wheelchair accessible Visitors with handicapped placards please note: In addition to accessible spaces in the garage, limited paid parking in the Museum Road surface lot is also available on a first-come, first-served basis; please see the parking attendant for assistance.

Coatroom
Free coatrooms are located at the Huntington and Fenway Entrances.

Phones
Phones (including TTY) remain available in the Linde Family Wing (the former West Wing).

ATM
A Bank of America ATM is available at the Huntington Entrance.

Taxi Cabs and THE RIDE
Taxi cabs and the MBTA's THE RIDE transportation service may pick up and drop off passengers at the Huntington or Fenway Entrances.
