Sara Doris, assistant professor, Contemporary Art, Northeastern University
Youth culture of the 1960s inspired two artistic movements—Pop and psychedelic art—which drew their inspiration from popular culture of the past. Explore the roots of retro, a cultural style that remains with us, by looking at the work of artists such as Warhol, Lichtenstein, and Moscoso.
Four-session course tickets ($80, $100) are not available online.
To order tickets by phone, call 1-800-440-6975; to order in person, visit any MFA ticket desk.
The first price is for members, seniors, and students; the second is full price.
