Frenzy (Abluka) by Emin Alper (2015, 119 min.). Kadir, a political prisoner in Istanbul, is offered an early release on one condition: he must work for the new intelligence unit posing as a garbage collector. He spends his days wandering through shantytowns, examining trash to see if it contains suspicious materials for making bombs. In one of these towns, Kadir finds his younger brother Ahmet. Ahmet refuses to bond with his estranged brother, leading Kadir to invent wild conspiracy theories to explain his brother’s distance.
