Inside (Yeraltı) by Zeki Demirkubuz (Turkey, 2012, 107 min.). Muharrem convinces his old friends to invite him to dinner. The dinner starts off with a few harmless gibes and trivial shows of bravado, but as time wears on, the conversation progresses steadily into the inglorious past. Old grievances come tumbling out into an ugly showdown. Dynamic performances have helped Inside pick up 15 awards at international film festivals.
