Waiting (Beklemek) by Bülent Öztürk (2012, 51 min.). Waiting is an intimate glimpse into the life of tree people in eastern Turkey after the earthquake in and around the city of Van on October 23, 2011. The film follows Sıddık, Atilla and Eso trying to cope with the aftereffects and consequences of the natural disaster. 

Home (Yuva) by Ebubekir Cetinkaya (2012, 53 min.). Hundreds of children and women are being exposed to domestic rape or abuse every day. In our film we come face to face with their wounds which we ignore and their words that we do not want to hear. We look to the “happy family” picture  with our values and taboos that we cannot question while listening to the stories that five people are telling us.
