Musical Instrument Gallery Talk and Demonstration

Local performer Chris Belluscio will talk about the history, design, and repertoire of the cornet, a soprano-pitched brasswind instrument that was developed and became popular during the mid 1800s. Belluscio will demonstrate several European and American-made instruments from his own collection as well as selected examples belonging to the MFA.
