Eight-Session Class: Wednesdays, April 3- June 5 (no class April 17)
Course Description: Go way beyond snapshots in a class whose subject is the magic of light. Make photograms, cyanotypes, and long exposures with moving lights. Construct a pinhole camera and develop black-and-white prints the old-fashioned way. And take plenty of pictures with a new eye. Bring your camera (any kind) to the first class. All levels welcome.
The MFA is delighted to present programming with the Eliot School. In the heart of Jamaica Plain, the Eliot School is a short ride from the MFA. Parking is plentiful and the bus stops one block away. All tools are provided, except as noted. Materials lists are distributed during first class. No previous experience required.
