Eight Session Class: Saturdays, April 6- June 8 (no class April 20 and May 25)

Course Description: Let your child get started with simple sewing by hand and machine. Pillows and stuffed toys lead to more complex projects. The small class allows for individual attention, and we encourage kids to share their skills. We supply materials for the first class meeting. Then, with the instructor's advice, you will assemble a sewing kit and fabric with your child. Send your child for more than one term to do new projects each time. 

The MFA is delighted to present programming with the Eliot School. In the heart of Jamaica Plain, the Eliot School is a short ride from the MFA. Parking is plentiful and the bus stops one block away. All tools are provided, except as noted. Materials lists are distributed during first class. No previous experience required.
