One-Day Workshop: Sunday, June 9, 2:00pm-7:00pm

Course Description: Learn to sculpt a variety of animals with either Moretti or Boroscilicate glass at a stationary bench torch. After a discussion of studio set-up and safety, demonstrations will introduce students to the use of heat and gravity to shape molten glass. Techniques for applying color and manipulating the form will be practiced. By the end of the class you will have created several pieces. NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY.
