Two Session Class: Sundays, June 2 and June 9

Course Description: In the tradition of great Dutch artisans, use a slab roller to create your own tiles. Experiment with underglazes, carving and painting to create a repeat design on a set of four tiles. Your tiles will be kiln-fired and ready for pickup two weeks later. Instructor: Lisa Houck.

The MFA is delighted to present programming with the Eliot School. In the heart of Jamaica Plain, the Eliot School is a short ride from the MFA. Parking is plentiful and the bus stops one block away. All tools are provided, except as noted. Materials lists are distributed during first class. No previous experience required.
