One day Workshop: Sunday, March 17

Workshop Description: Focus on elements and principles of design in the galleries, then learn to improve drawing skills by looking closely at objects of study. Materials provided.

Instructor: Rosanne Trolan

Rosanne Trolan completed the Certification Program in Art Education at Massachusetts College of Art, attended The Paris American Academy in Paris in a graduate degree program majoring in Painting, and graduated Cum Laude from the University of Massachusetts with a BFA and a minor in Art History. She is an Art Educator in Special Education at the Cotting School in Lexington, MA, where she has worked for the past 15 years. Currently a member on the advisory Council for the Arts for the Massachusetts Dept. of Elementary and Secondary Education, she was unanimously voted for a second three-year term. She recently received the “Award for Excellence in Art Education” from Massachusetts College of Art and Design.
