About the Tour
Join Christraud Geary, Curator Emerita of African and Oceanic Art, for a look at how African history and aesthetics have influenced modern art and culture over the years. Find out the true material used in Benin “bronzes,” hear from a great-great-granddaughter of an Oba (or king) of Benin, and see how African art objects appeared in their original settings.
