DescriptionA small parasol of black bobbin lace with border design of zig-zag broad band with occasional uprights framing panels, small-scale floral wreath in each panel, deeply scalloped outer border design of full blown carnations, lined with white taffeta, edged with white silk fringe, faced with white China silk, folding ivory handle and tip of carved high relief of serpentine roses.
