A white cotton skirt, fitted bias cut yoke waistband with front and side panels of skirt slightly flared, deep bobbin lace edged gathered flounce set on near bottom of skirt with corded piping, back much longer forming quite long train, very full, finished with three deep gathered ruffles, one bobbin lace edged, in upper half three shorter ruffles, tape in casing at waistline and between short and deep ruffles to give bustle effect; in ink on waistband yoke: Spooner; soiled and stained.
