Circular offering basin (3 joining fragments) with prominent collar, originally an accessory to a “serving statuette.” Red wash outside, hollowed interior, plaster on bottom of base. Rim broken and incomplete. Deeply incised groove around outside rim.
From Giza, Tomb G 2385 S1. 1912: excavated by the Harvard University–Boston Museum of Fine Arts Expedition; assigned to the MFA in the division of finds by the government of Egypt.
