Admiral SIR CECIL BURNEY, G.C.M.G., K.C.B., who was second in command of the Grand Fleet at the Battle of Jutland. He afterwards became Second Sea Lord of the Admiralty and was appointed Commander-in-Chief of the East Coast of Scotland at the end of 1917.
