DescriptionAmulet of the goddess Sekhmet, shown standing with left arm bent forward holding a scepter. Most of the glaze is worn away. There are slight traces of light blue. Broken at bottom of legs, ankles and feet missing.
ProvenanceFrom Zawyet el-Aryan. 1911: excavated by the Harvard University–Boston Museum of Fine Arts Expedition; assigned to the MFA in the division of finds by the government of Egypt.
