DescriptionDrawstring bag with design of horizontal bands of red arc and flower motifs on natural ecru separated by horizontal short stripes in black and natural ecru. Lined with grayish-green plain-weave silk, drawn up with a golden brown braided silk cord. Fabric probably imported from India. This bag was possibly used for a lacquer-ware container.
