Three pieces of tabby-woven linen embroidered with silk. Probably (a) main portion of foot or head curtain of a bed, made into a bed cover, and (b,c) two fragments of bottoms of narrow side curtains. Embroidery threads are dark blue, light blue, and white. Stitches are chiefly stem, buttonhole, Roumanian, herringbone, and double herringbone. (a) has large and small plant motifs. Border of tabby-woven linen is attached on three sides with modern crocheting. (b,c) have running stem border wih leaves and berries on three sides. Center of (b) has plant motif with leaf and berries and two phoenixes. Center of (c) has two embroidered plants. All three pieces have weak places and small holes.
