DescriptionWhite silk machine-made net ground with white silk yarns embroidered in satin stitch and darned netting which form scrolling border designs. Polychrome silk yarns embroidered in satin and long and short stitches form naturalistic sprays of irises, roses and other flowers. All embroidery except darned netting is worked on layer of plain weave material laid underneath net. Colors bright, a few small holes in net.
