From Mesaid (Mesa'eed) tomb 185 no.3 [M/185/3]. 1910: Excavated by the Harvard University–Museum of Fine Arts Expedition; assigned to the MFA by the government of Egypt. Object formerly labeled M/185/5. DF notes that object was identified as "amulet" on tomb card, probably because of size.
