Ground: coarse cream linen cloth. Design: silk tapestry band. Central strip of yellow with disconnected ovals edged with blue. Fine stripe of green above and below. At top and bottom is line of debased Naskh (.005 high) (addorsed) in yellow on blue. Inscription: “Victory from God” (repeated). See note.
