DescriptionWarp: cotton, 15 to cm. Weft: wool. Design: a row of fantastic many-headed animals woven with light blue, crimson and yellow wool on a ground originally bluish violet, now neutral brown. An openwork edge of coarser tapestry, perhaps intended to represent a row of animals' heads, woven with red wool.
