This brooch/pendant features the Goddess of Dawn (Aurora) driving a biga (chariot). She is accompanied by a maiden scattering flower petals and Cupid holding a torch. The figural component is made of translucent white enamel against a scarlet guilloche enamel ground. The enameled scene is framed by a plain gold mount with a closed back. It has a pinstem and suspension hoop on reverse.
