Marks Struck under bases with hallmarks (leopard's head, lion passant, date letter for 1727-8) and with maker's mark of Paul Crespin; the nozzles struck on flanges with lion passant, duty mark, date letter and maker's mark. With later removable circular nozzles with ovolo borders, strick with hallmarks for London, one 1825-6, two 1826-7, one with unclear date letter, all with maker's mark of Robert Garrard II (Grimwade, no. 2322)
