DescriptionThis canopic jar, carved of limestone, has slightly convex sides with slight shoulders. The enterior is narrow and shallow (thus likely a model/dummy canopic jar). No traces of painted or incised text are evident. Surfaces are uneven, and the jar is in slightly battered condition.
