Circular medal commemorating a Century of Independence. Lettered edge.
Obverse: Three busts looking to proper right, the front and back busts wearing laureate wreaths while the middle is bearded and has a crown floating above his head, marked at proper left; inscribed at edge in band and on bust.
Reverse: Peasant woman standing at proper left, holding a cane in left hand while shaking the hand of another peasant at the proper right over a crowned heraldic device, with a jug at proper right; inscribed at edge in a band and at proper left.
Stamped on edge "J.IONSON".
Obverse: Inscribed at edge "EEUWF?V?BELGIE'S ONAFH·CENTEN·DE·L'INDEP·BELGE 1830-1930" and on front bust "Josuë Dupon".
Reverse: Inscribed at edge "*EENDRACHT BAART MACHT*L'UNION FAIT LA FROCE*PAX" and at proper left "J D".
